About me
I started in technical support in 2012 and now lead IT and digital transformation for an agri-food company. Knowing the work from the ground up is what I bring to every project.
From the help desk to the IT strategy
I've spent 14 years in IT. The first half was hands-on: supporting users, configuring networks, deploying VoIP and keeping Windows infrastructure running. The second half has been about leading: support teams under ITIL, then infrastructure projects for some of Morocco's largest industrial and port operators.
At Cegelec, part of Vinci Energies, I managed network, data centre and security projects for clients such as OCP Group, Marsa Maroc, APM Terminals and Tanger Alliance. Today, at Wilmaco, I own the company's IT and digital strategy: modernising the infrastructure, digitalising warehouse and HR processes, and giving management real-time data.
That path shapes how I work. I can talk architecture with engineers and return on investment with executives, and I plan projects knowing what will actually happen on site on go-live day.
